The Beauty Catalog – All About The Eyes

You can have a full face of glam but to put some character to it you have to focus on the eyes. Some eyeshadow, a wing and the perfect lashes can make all the difference in the world.

Let’s begin, shall we?!

I always start with priming the eyes. Forgetting this step will always result with me having raccoon eyes. I always carry the Pro Pencil by Anastasia Beverly Hills with me, everywhere I go. Not only is it a eyeshadow primer but also can be used as a concealer and highlighter! Ideal for when you’re traveling. When I know I’ll be out all night, I use the Shadow Insurance by Too Faced Cosmetics. It’s gentle on the eyes and super easy to blend.

Next in line – Eyeshadow Palettes. I have so so so many, but the few I use, I absolutely love. Every palette has its own beauty to it. My first ever eyeshadow palette was the Urban Decay Naked2 Palette and I was so comfortable with the neutral shades! As I began experimenting out of my comfort-zone, I came to realize that black and brown isn’t the only shade that suits my skin tone. And so this is where all the other palettes squeezed their way in.

What are wings made of? Tarteist Clay Paint Liner by Tarte Cosmetics, that’s what! I haven’t used any other eyeliner since being introduced to this one. I’m all about creamy matte eyeliners. And for Mascara, well my go-to will always be Better Than Sex Mascara by Too Faced! I literally used to use about 3-4 different mascaras at a time until I met this one! I never leave my house without it.

And now to add some flutter, lashes. Eyelashes completely transform you’re look. I’ve tried so many different brands over the years, but I will forever be loyal to two lashes, 1. Samantha from the Huda Beauty Classic Lashes collection and 2. Mykonos from Lilly Lashes.

And that brings us to the end of the Beauty Catalog series. Until next time!!
